Aircel steals balance and after complaining they don’t refund it…

On 12.04.2015 Aircel stole my balance of Rs.5. I called aircel customer care and complained about the staeling. I asked what is the reason of reducing balance of Rs.5. They told me that I have downloaded something from hungama. But actually I did not download anything and I told them so. I told them to refund my stolen balance back. But they informed me that it is not refundable and they could not refund me back. So I want to get my stolen balance which is stolen for a false reason.
