This regarding the cancellation & return of the gift offer giving by the company named Aura Seven India Pvt ltd. Delhi, The company has offered me a gift, in that regard i accept the offer from my side and paid the amount worth of Rs.7999/-. the company has given me the time to received the gift in 10-12 days from the date of accepting the offer. However, i found myself that the gift offered me is worthless and want to cancel the same, even i haven’t received the gift yet. In that regard, I called to their customer care, and explain to cancel the offer/gift. but the lady replied ridiculously and told that they don’t have any cancellation policy and can’t return my money worth of Rs.7999/-. I want to aware my friends that please don’t accept such offer or calls regarding such type of gifts from Aura Seven India Pvt ltd. Delhi, kindly publish the complain as soon as possible & help to get my money back.
