I booked Cake on line through http://www.floralgiftstoindia.com/ for my nephew with assurance of delivery by 4.00 pm (Since they are leaving city by 5.00pm) after that Cake is of no use. They didn’t deliver cake by 7.00 PM,
after that time I called them for cancelling the order and want refund, first they said cake is delivered by 6.00 PM, after confirming to my family person I come to know that nothing got delivered. When I called back to “Floral Gifts To India” they didn’t attend my call, I called them many times but no response I got. By the time I am writing this complaint still not got cake delivered.
