regarding billing & proper services

Respected sir,
i have a brodband connection(0751-4011217) of aitel company.from last 20 days internet is not working, first i complaint to the local person name hafeez but he said there is a line problem & after many complaints to mr. hafeez he visits my home but the problem is not solved, then on 16 july (comlaint no.35697666)i complaint in bhopal then on 17 july some technicians solved the problem but next day in the evening the problem is again arised then i again contact in bhopal on 21 july (compaint no. 35926710) to disconnect my broadband connection but they said that they will resolve my complaint by 22 july at 13:30 & contact in next 8 hours & on 21 july they said they deduct my bill for not working internet which is 20 days & they said their technicians called in 1 hour for billing information but now my bill is not deducted & my complaint is not resolved i have not any internet connection till now, airtel dissatisfied me.
