Hi.
This is Hrishi Singh from Dadra i am using 7878737667 Reliance GSM mobile operator service since from the month Nove-2012 and after that several time Balance is deducted from my account .So I have circulated mail to to relaince customer care as wells as nodal officer and also to the appellate authority after 15 days of days of my mail i have reverted back the amount of Rs 78.00 and again Rs 5.00 and Rs. 3.00 is deducted in the month of feb-2013 and after interaction with costumer care executive that amount is also refunded back to my account .But yesterday date is 18.02.2013 Evening my account balance is Rs 84.00.But today morning i have tried to make a call the IVRS service is saying that your account balance is low you unable to make a call.After that i Have called to costumer care at 11 am the executive is not given satisfactory reply and she told me that our server is down i unable process your account and you call me after time .After that i have again i have called to costumer care at 2 pm at that time is also have got same response that the server is down we unable process the request .Again i have tried to contact costumer care at 3 PM at that time is i have got same response that the server is down we unable process your request and again i have called costumer care at 5.45 PM at time also i same response i got that the server is down and unable to process the request .Whenever Balance is deducting from my account Same day reliance will get Server problem .What is this Non sense ??.If your not refunding my deducted balance i will move for the consumer forum and file complaint on this and also i will Port to other service provider and also will disconnect all family members Reliance service to other operator service .This my humble request that don’t deduct balance without any consumer authorization and Plz revert back my deducted balance in to my account ASAP
