This is regarding the service provided by You broadband
–We took a connection on 25-01-13 and paid the full amount before the installation of modem.
–After that we tried to contact the person for connection and he was not answering our call,switched off his mobile most of the time and was keeping it on hold.The customer care unit also did not guide us properly.Then after lot of struggle we got the contact number of the person who had taken the amount.
–After 3 weeks we got our modem installed.
–Now the problem is the connection does not work till now.
–The plan is for three months and already a month is passed we have not used the connection.
–when we ask them for cancellation they said they will repay only Rs.750 that is modem deposit amount.
–So we are fed up of this connection and want proper justice for it and the value for our money.
