Regarding bad service of my smartphone

I bought a Sony Xperia Miro smartphone in February last year which started creating problems in every month I took it to service center but they only formatted my phone every month even after telling them to change motherboard of my phone they didn’t do so in warranty period but within a week after my warranty period is over they told me to change motherboard which will cost me Rs-5000/-.
There is a problem in motherboard they might knew this fact but didn’t changed in warranty period.
