Myself, Rakesh Jha, had been worked with Artefact Projects Ltd. Head Office at Nagpur, MH & I have been relieved from the Organization on 30 November 2012 without information. I would like to draw your kind attention that I deposited EPF Withdrawal Form to Artefact Projects on Feb-2013 but till date Artefact Projects has not deposited to EPF Office for withdrawal of EPF Money. After lots of follow-up and phone calls till date there is no satisfactory response. Hence, it is my humble request to help me out for my EPF at the earliest.
