Name of company/service: Gaursons Promotrs Pvt.Ltd.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had booked 3BHK Flat with Gaur Sons Project GC 16. I had paid 5% payment at the time of booking.

But, in the mean time the land dispute matter came so I was not able to pay my next installment on time.

Now when the matter is resolved and I came to notice that they had started isuing Demand Letter to the customers but I didn’t receive any document and not even any call from them then I called them and inquire about my Demand Letter. They told me that your flat has been cancelled because of non-payment. Then I had a word with GM Roma Shukla( who is a very stupid lady to talk to, no manners how to talk with customers) and explained her about why I was not able to make the payment.

After a month I got a Demand letter on March 6,2013 for the payment of Rs1311773/- by the due date of 30/03/2013. With reference to the demand letter ,I applied home loan to Allahabad Bank and my loan has been sanctioned and submit try party agreement along with bank sanctioned letter to builder on 3/04/2013.
Now the builder is not signing the try party agreement and telling me that my flat is cancelled.
As per allotment letter the builder can charge 18% interest amount for delay in payments. They can’t cancel the flat. The builder send cancelled letter through courier on 26/04/2013.

Now this is rediculous.No body over there is listening me sometimes they say your aplication approved and sometimes not and now they are forcing me to submit my orginal papers to them and cancel the flat.

I am here running behid them from the last 20 days and even ready to pay interest to them. At one time they asked me to pay interest @18% as a penality. But now they want me to submit the original papaers of the property to them.

Now I had decided to launch a complaint against them in Cunsumer Forum.

Also want to launch a complaint against GM Roma Shukla formentally, physically and financially haraasment.

Even I have faced a problem with Gaur Sons, they don’t cooperate at all and Moreove MS Roma Gaur she is a mad lady, totally nonsense is what she speaks.
I don’t know on what ground s she is holding that position, she doesn’t even deserves to be a peon in Gaur.

I have a similar problem
i have received all letters from gaurson 5-7 days after the date mentioned in letter it seems intentional they are posting letters late .
Despite repeted main reminders they never reply back to any mail
seems they have updated very old data and dont bother to update there records.
even after unlimited reminders
and now they want to cancel my flat despite we have made the 50 % payment
and willing to pay the discrepancy amount with interest but they are bent upon cancellation
can any one help me out of this please

Your company doesnot give me any response and Information of my flat the flat no.10060 .g c 16 noida extention gaur city possession .it is my request to you that you always remember me all the Information related to my flat .and your possession was in August 2015 and you doesnot give any response towards the date of my possession so when you read this you please give me any response and information to my flat and final amount.

i faced the same situation with gaursons and this is very tough situation for a buyer but fortunately i had good support from the gaursons and i managed with the different flat without such problems.so i suggest you should talk with Gaursons CRM team once more.

Roma Shukla is doing business of making money by charging heavy interest stating reason of delay payment. Actually she do it intentionally and cause delay in reaching demand letter, noyinforming customer at right time to make payment, making false commitment that you can pay within two month & start charging interest after one months etc. She is master of all that and i am sure & have full confidence that she will sink the Gaur Ship one day all good work done by Manoj Gaur wud be spoiled.

Ashu ji, don’t know why you are so angry on roma shukla. but i think that’s not possible by any of staff member to do such cheating as demand letter are generated by bank or gaursons account department so there is no chance of such incident. and i have also met with roma shukla 3-4 times and as much i realized she is very supportive towards customers. me and my wife met her several times and she is always polite and supportive. may be a bad day at work for her or something that you faced some problem. or may be rumors about all these.

I agree wit h you mr mayank. i think She is just doing her duty and any interest taken or charged is as per the agreement/ allotment letter signed by the customer, she cannot take more than that? We also understand its nothing personal, Also if there is anything customer is not happy about there always is an escalation matrix for the customer.
