Hi,
I purchased an iTouch Stone Universal Bluetooth Headset from Rediff shopping with Order no# 8145465 Dated:2013-06-18.
The product was delivered to me on 21-06-213 but the product was defected so I called up the rediff customer care and they asked me to drop a mail to them and send back the defected item.
I sent back the defected item through DTDC courier with Tracking id#H164024420.
It was delivered back to seller on 26-06-2013 but refund has not been initiated by Rediff shopping yet.
I have sent multiple emails to customer support in Rediff but they have not replied to any of my mails.
Please help me in my money getting back.
