Idea 3g 745 unlimited plan is a cheat

Name of company/service: Idea Cellular

I activated idea 3g unlimited plan for a month by paying Rs. 745/- Idea has informed that by using this plan we get 3g speed up to 4 GB and after completing 4 GB, we get speed of 80 kbps. But, after using 4 GB I got 4-5 kbps speed. Hence, I lost Rs. 745/- and got only 4 GB. This plan is a cheat. It is a fraud.
