Refusing to provide certificate

Name of company/service: NIIT- Janak Puri

Hi,

I am a student of NIIT since Dec. 2011 in NIIT JanakPuri Centre. During counselling, i met front office executive (Ms. Payal and Ms. Seema)and tell them that i want to learn Core + advanced java course from which i can get NIIT and sun certification.Then Ms. Seema has told that you will get NIIT &Sun tied up certification & offered the Combo java course .I have joined course and took admission in it.

After completeion of course i have given online exam in which i had scored more than 85% which is required to get Sun ceritificate. Admin has told me that they have applied for the cerificate but after one year ,they are refusing to provide me the tied up certificate. They are saying that i will not get Sun certification in this course (combo java)

Plz help me in getting my certificate as its very wrong behaviour with the student.

    Same case with me. They are refusing me to provide my tied up certificate of Sun and NIIT. They had no if and buts at the time of Getting payment from me. But now, after 1 year, they are completely refuses me and saying that this tied up certificate is not in your course.
