Refuse to repair fault in line

Hi,

This complaint is intended to take into consumer court judiciary cell’s notice that Ghaziabad Electricity Board has denied service to Ghaziabad Public at the time of the day when electricity was highly required.

I stay in Bazaria, most publicized and commercialized place of Ghaziabad. Last night due to some fault in line, one phase of our area was down. We reached Electricity department in night itself to fix the issue but to my utter dismay they refused our request saying “ISSUE WILL ONLY BE FIXED IN NEXT MORNING”.

We have been denied of service with no reasons!!

When we are already paying for services, then why can’t this organization live up to our expectations.

I Personally experienced this shameless behavior from Electricity board in last 25 years.

I request you to take this to higher levels.
