Refuse to give ordered mobile phont

Location/place: jodhpur

Name of company/service: kaunsa.com

At kaunsa.com I order Xolo Q 500 mobile phone paid 8475 rupee online and got order Id KA/145463/EJN6U5MO and delivery date 24/7/2013.
I did not receive any email or SMS regarding order . Regarding this I placed online complaint online On 18/7/2013 at Kaunsa.com and
received message that We would like to inform you that your delivery date is 23 July,as soon as it get shipped we will provide the
shipping details at your mail id. Please co-ordinate with us for further assistance. On 24/7/2013 I call at customer support number
0120-4835000 and asked about order status. They refuse to deliver mobile due to price hike and ask me to purchase any other product.
