Hi sir, i bought micromax funbook from infibeam.com, they send send me the defective product for which the start button is damaged. i called them and informed them, they asked me to send the product to them and they will rectify it. But after sending the product to them they asked me to pay extra 512 rupees to fix it. As i am help less i asked them to reship the same product. So please help me with it.
