Refunds and giving false information

I have done BBA from IMS UNISON UNIVERSITY DEHRADUN in 2010-2013 batch. but after completing course they haven’t refund my security money and the degree of completion. every month I visited the college office but they had given me false information. one of their accountant have give me his number but it was false number . even the university number is false . now its more than two years has passed but they always makes fool of me. they tooks lots of money as a fee from students but never give proper services. please do needful things to get my refund and degree from the college.
