samsung refrigerator is not cooling properly. Complained to samsung customer care at least 4-5 times. 3 times technician from samsung service centre has visited but he failed to resolve the problem. Main problem is compressor of the refrigerator running continuously and also everything in the refrigerator is getting iced. sometimes abnormal sound is also coming from it. Due to continuous running of compressor it can be burst or may be some big incident can happen. but samsung service care persons are not taking this issue seriously and technician coming from samsung care is rude in behaviour. kindly resolve this issue on priority. please take the needful action against it.
