I had purchased a product from ShopClues.Com (Order Number: 21106295 and Return ID: 476231) entitled “Samsung EF S View Cover (100 % Original)” on 24th September, 2014 and it was written in the specs. that this S View cover is made for Samsung Galaxy S4. But when I received this product, first of all, it really never seemed to fit with my Samsung Galaxy S4, and secondly it came without an invoice and there was no seal in the product’s package (Samsung’s product package). So, I made a refund request there. But as my location was not serviceable to their courier partner for a reverse pick up, they (Shopclues) requested me to send it via any reputed courier service. So, I had sent the defective product via DTDC Courier following all the guidelines provided by Shopclues. The shipment, for which the AWB Tracking Number was K74405506, reached its destination very fast – on 9th October, as the tracking ID shows. And, after waiting for more than a whole month for the refund, I decided to bring it onto public light. The site (Shopclues.com) is still providing wrong information – Reverse Pickup initiated/Location not Serviceable etc. instead of refunding the money! Whenever I used to call them, I had to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes to be able to talk to their representative, and each time the guy at the other side used to take a complaint for my case. And they are never resolved! The most funny thing is that, the item seems to be totally removed from their database and now can no longer be discovered! It’s quite a crazy thing that’s going on from the last two months and the company really deserves to be punished!
