Mental harassment and False promise

This is regarding the request # 2477284462 for the number 9873100252.
The resolution date for the issue was 6th Aug 2014 but still the issue persists.The internet works for only 5-10 minutes but after that it stops responding.
This is happening for more than last 6 months . If you will see the internet usage it would almost be NIL. I have been paying for the services which I am not getting .
I have visited several times to Vodafone care sector 50 Noida but they don’t provide any solution and besides that lot of time is wasted waiting in queue for the chance to talk to them . There is complete chaos over there . They are only interested in selling new numbers.
As far as the current request is concerned , I was promised that the issue would be resolved by 6th Aug 2014 but same issue is coming up.
I am very disappointed with the response and services of Vodafone here .
I have paid for the 6 months without being able to use the services
Also, if the services are not restored then I wont be able to pay any dues for this number . I can’t waste my hard earned money on the carelessness and callous attitude of the customer care folks .

If Vodafone is unable to solve the issue then please waive off the entire due amount as it doesn’t make sense to pay for the services which company is not able to provide .

Also, how can I contact to customer care

with non-Vodafone number . I was told 9811098110 is the number , I tried for 30 minutes but never get to the customer care.

Looking for the quick resolution

Now they are threatening to pay the bills otherwise I would face the consequences

I called Rishi on the below number on 11/13/2014 4:45 pm to discuss the issue but he disconnected the call
