For Reliance mobile number 9864089579 and 9707010791. He migrated both the mentioned numbers to Prepaid. At the time of migration Customer Care committed that the security deposit will refund within 90 days.
But now its above 180 days but still he did not receive refund amount.
Every time when I call Customer care I receive the response that they send to the concerned department to do the needful. But now its 7 month over but i did not received the refundable amount.
