My name is Radhika Agarwal and i bought an idea sim and its number is 7678928322. I bought the sim for my dongle and got a data pack of Rs.350 which provided 2gb 3g data. I have hardly used around 200 mbs and the customer care tells me that i have used up the entire pack. And the same problem arose with one of my friend too and the customer care gave the same explanation.
