Refund Still Not Received from Kingfisher Airlines for a cancelled ticket

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Kingfisher Airlines

Hi,

We had made 2 reservations with Kingfisher airlines:

PNR number: PXCWEZ
PNR Number: GOGCRH

The tickets were cancelled by Kingfisher Airlines and the refund has still not been received (even after multiple follow ups). The amount is Rs 4474. Can someone pls look into this?
