I m a Airtel subscriber.From last 3-4 months i constantly used airtel internate pack of ₹.149 of 2GB data free.At the month of july o4-06-2013 pack exipere date was 04-07-2013,as usally i received a msg dated 03-07-2013 from airtel to remind me that my pack is going to exipere on 04-07-2013.so if I want to continue the service I have to recharge the same pack of ₹.149 of 2GB data free.
But when I recharge my internate pack at the date of 05-07-2013 I got only 1.25 GB data instead of 2 GB.so I make a call to cutomer care,and they told me that they have already change their plan at the month of JULY.so I asked them that if they make the changes in their scheme in july why they send me false msg in the month of august,now they reply that it was their old msg and they dont update it.
So my complain is,it was their mistake that they(airtel) dont update the msg or they tells lie as a result I got a false msg result of that I got .75 gb data loss.
