PNR FV2CDT cancelled on 12th Oct. As per customer care Refund by Indigo initiated on 12th Oct to my citibank credit card account but I did not get any cancellation mail for the same. 22nd Oct I checked in CITI bank. Bank denied they havent recieved any REFUND from INDIGO. INDIGO people are just lying. They have never refunded my amount and playing with customer money for no reasons. As per INDIGO trnsaction ref no is mcit3034984903. But CITI bank there are no transactions by this name. This is BARE CHEATING.
