SIR,
I, MOHAMMAD ARISH KALIM HAD USED THE SERVICES OF ONLINE SHOPPING FROM THE SITE TRADUS.COM. I BOUGHT A REEBOK JACKET WITH OYESTER SUNGLASSES, BUT THE SIZE OF THE JACKET DIDN’T FIT ME AND I CONTACTED TRADUS.COM CARE.
THEY SAID THAT I’LL HAVE TO SEND MY BANK DETAILS AND SCANNED COPY OF MY CHEQUE BOOK. BUT AS I DN’T HAVE CHEQUE BOOK I TOLD THEM ABOUT IT THEN ONE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AENT TOLD ME TO SEND THE SCANNED COPY OF MY BANK PASS BOOK. AND THEY SAID THAT THE REFUND WILL BE DONE WITHIN TWO DAYS AFTER THE RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT BY THE COMPANY.
