I Divyash Jogani ordered Zovi Black Suede Sports Shoes With Velcro Closure (Size-9) from zovi via paytm order id 606886930. But approx. 50 days ago Currierman come with wrong product i.e.men T-shirt instate of shoes i not accepted this product from Currierman & returned. Shipment ID :1781769043(xpressbees).

According to paytm they says that zovi is not imformed that returned product is received for that reason they not proceed your refund. But same time i contact via email with zovi & there after zovi reply & say that they receivd return product and already intimate for refund to paytm & at same time i forward this mail to paytm and requested for my refund. But paytm is not refund my money yet.& paytm says that they proseed refund after receiving product by zovi. i.e. here matter is that both zovi & paytm says different thing no one is happy to proceed my refund
