I ordered a DailyObjects India Typography Case For Sony Xperia L on 29th May via order no 100065386. Initially I was happy with the product and after few days of usage the printed topography came off automatically starting from the edges. I was very much shocked about the product quality and I mailed them the pictures. And I believed as per their Daily objects smile guarantee, I can get a 30 days no questions ask money back guarantee. Later on as per discussion over telephone Abhishek from Daily Object team refused to pick up the product and instead told me to send back it to them at my own cost. I did so, and now they are playing and telling they have not got the product back. Conclusion is that they now have both the product and the money too. And they are not refunding the money. So I learnt a lesson that these so called newly cropping up online stores like #dailyobjects.com sell cheap quality products at high price and once issues arise they don’t refund money, though they write colorful guaranteed refund policy in their websites. Ministry should ban these sites Online customers beware of this type of web stores.
