Refund was not processed

I have placed a connection request on 30th may 2014, request id 2014053006934. I made a online payment of Rs 2335 and the connection was not provided even after multiple follow up. Then I cancelled the request and they told that the money will be refunded back within 45 working days but yet the money has not been refunded. I have called the call center multiple times but they say cancellation request is in progress and their back end team will contact me in 24 hrs but no one ever reaches up. Please help.
