Refund Process

I ordered a Black berry tour 9630 3G CDMA phone but sorry to say it was actually a useless phone. Firstly the phone was not able to detect CDMA sim and then I compromised with it and decided to continue with the phone and got converted my CDMA sim to GSM.After 3 months the phone stopped working, I showed it to the Blackberry Authorised service centre and I was just shocked hearing that this phone is now not available in the market and if still you want to continue with it you need to get its motherboard changed which will be of 5000 RS.This what are the products that they are delivering to customers.
After a long discussion with them on mail, they replaced the product but again the product was faulty and this time I asked for refund. I courier them the faulty product again to them on 11/07/2012 but till today I have not got the refund of Rs 9298. I think the CEO of the company is FAKE.I am writing mails to the email id[email protected], [email protected], [email protected] but none of them is ready to respond. The number to which I am giving calls is 9223446148. I would be really thankful if you help me to get my money back from these cheaters. Thanks in Advance!
