Hi,
This is regarding my order number : 3001349246 with indiatimes
Indiatimes is not at all responding me and refunding my money
Well the product described on indiatimes website :
it is clearly mentioned that the technology is 6th sense and in
picture also it is shown that it has one LCD screen on the top .
basically 6th sense refrigerator has a chip that reminds us with beep
when leave a refrigerator door open for few min
apart from that 6th sense refrigerator has a LCD screen as shown in
indiatimes shopping site picture by that LCD screen we can quickly
select to make ice and related things can be done

The product i have received has no 6th sense feature , it has no LCD
screen , it is silver in color and its a normal frost free
refrigerator
I was only interested in a refrigerator with 6th sense feature which
has LCD screen and 6TH sense feature
I believe indiaimes shopping is the 1st and oldest shopping site of india
and i expect indiatimes to either replace the product within 3-4 days
or refund my money if same cannot be done and take the delivered
product back .
Please don’t let me suffer
Please make me feel like it was my mistake that i purchased anything
from indiatimes
I have already raised a complain but i got the information that it
will take 19 days
So my question is was that my mistake ??? if the right product is not
delivered to me
Please dont make me suffer and and dont make me feel the same
I want my money back from indiatimes
