I am Vikas Kajala, I have booked 3 self drive car from zoomcar India Pvt Ltd on different dates in the month of October, I had submitted the security amount for all the three cars and that amount is refundable amount and in there terms and conditions it is clearly mentioned that the refundable amount will be refunded in 30 working days, but now it has been more than 45 working days and after trying several times to contact there customer service I received no help and it is very difficult to contact there customer service and they are also saying the same thing that my refund would be proccessed but now it has been more than 45 days and I did not receive the refund amount of Rs 3357 , and also zoomcar has blocked my number and removed all options to connect to there customer service agent.
I request you to please look into this matter
