Refund of ticket amount for cancelled kingfisher flight

I have booked 5 tickets in Kingfisher Airlines (Delhi – Mumbai – Delhi: Dep 23 Nov – Return 3 Dec 2012

) in the month of June 2012. The airlines suspended its operation during my departure date of 23 November, I have requested refund of my booked ticket in the month of October via email as well as from your toll free number 1800 200 9000 and 020 27293030. After that, I am regularly following up on your telephone numbers as well as from your following official email id’s-

[email protected]; [email protected].

I have not got any email response despite sending it to almost all the official email id’s mentioned in kingfisher website. The toll free number is not working for the last 2 month and when I talk on 020 27293030, your customer support executive says that the refund will take some time due to some technical problem.
Please help in getting my refund at the earliest.
