Hello Sir,
I was purchased a mobile of micromax A73. After Some times I got some problems regarding touch screen and after that I was submitted my mobile date 29/10/2012 in their service center That was R.K. Technology Laxmi Nagar, Delhi 110092. They told me collect your mobile after 20 days because their is serious problem in your mobile and we will sent it in compnay .They was gave me a job sheet no which is totally fraud . And when I went to collect my mobile they was closed their service center . After that I was called micromax customer care for their service center’s fraud but they told me we are not associated with that service center whereas on micromaxsuperfone website I was checked three service center and R.K. technology one of them , I have screenshot of their website where we can see that the name of this service center. I just want my mobile back.
Kindly take an action on it .I have Job Sheet and website’s screenshot.
