Name of company/service: Axis Bank (Home Loan)
This is regarding the refund of the processing fee given for Home Loan transfer .As I was looking for Top up loan for my property at Ambegaon (Bk).After assurance on Top up loan from the bank home loan person i have raised the home loan balance transfer request for my home loan and paid the processing fee 8989 (cheque no 898042) from my Axis bank account 911010037170563 from wanawadi branch.
My Processing fee had been duducated before i have received any communication on the valauation of the proerty.
Since the valuation had come low and was not sufficing my needs we have not gone further with the Balance transfer process.There was no approval letter given or signed by me.
As per talks with Aniruddha I requested for the refund of the amount paid for balance transfer to the axis bank manager by email ([email protected]),There is no reply to my 1 email and 3 reminder emails.
After calling to niranjan she is telling to read me the approval letter which is not at all given to me or signed by me.
