Name of company/service: Samsung (Reliance)

Sir,
I am purches Samsung Reliance CDMA Mobile. When i saw box on that MRP. 1400/- rs. But reliance web world employe said price increase and new price 1699/- rs. When i said you don’t take bill more than MRP. the said we have rights to take it.
Please give me how to file case on that.
