I was assigned thisaccount which was not functional from the day it was installed . The internet connection kept on going off at regular intervals as a result of which my work has suffered heavily. Finally I got fed up and asked them to disconncet this service within 8 -10 days . They had taken an advance subscription of 3 month from me for the connection . Since this connection was not functional I had no option but discontinue their services. Now when I am asking for a refund of my money back as this was a technical problem from their side thy refuse to refund the money and say I have to either use the connection or forfeit the money. They have cheated me right from the start , also giving me a wrong address of their office , overcharging me for rowter and refusing to refund money for a connection and service which is of no use to me as it was non -functional most of the time.It is ethically wrong to cheat people by making false promises just to promote sales
