Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I had taken service from Pecon Software Limited (Anant Online) for Annual Maintenance of my 3 Computers, 1 Laptop and 1 Dot Matrix Computer. (In total 5 things)
The Payment was made for 6 months by Cash Rs.3,371.00(Three thousand three hundred and seventy one) on 12/06/2012 to Mr.Joynata Biswas the Sr. Marketing Executive of the Company at my premises.
I was insured by Mr.Joynata Biswas that I will be getting the service equal to my previous services which I used to take from other vendors and to my full satisfaction but indeed that was not true. The antivirus which they installed on my Computers had slowed down my computers very badly and I was not satisfied with the service at all.
They had sent an engineer to whom I showed my problems and he made an arrangement to talk to one of the executives of the company named Mr. Abhishek Dutta, who confirmed to me that if I am not satisfied with the service then my money will be refunded.
From that day I have been calling various numbers of the company and every time I was told that one of the seniors from the company will be calling to negotiate with me but it never happened. Mr.Abhishek Dutta every time used to confirm me that my money will be refunded and there will be no issues at all.
On 10/07/2012 I called again and asked to transfer my call to the senior. Finally a senior entertained me being as rude as possible. He claimed himself to be the Service Manager of the company and his first sentence to me was “I do not attend any customers but I have seen that you have been calling continuously so I finally decided to finish of the matter.” He told me that if I am not satisfied with the service then it is my problem and not there’s. He was not ready to negotiate on anything and further told me that this was the final time my call was entertained and they will not refund my money in case whatsoever. He insulted me and ironically made me feel that it was my mistake all the way.
Sir/Ma’am please help me to get the refund of money from the above company and make them realize
there mistake so they do not hares any of the consumers like this.
