Refund of money against cancellation/ non delivery of product

Dear Sir/Madom,

I had made the payment (Amt. Rs 6710), order no. 10229262 online for a digital camera (Nikon coolpix S3300) to timtara.com on 02nd April 2012 and the amount has been deducted from my account for the same. They promised to deliver the product in 8-10 business days. I waited for two & half months but the product was not sent to me. Then I mailed to them to cancell my product and refund my money back.Now it is already four months passed ( two & half months in ‘awaiting shipment’ and one & half months in ‘payment refund pending’status), but till date money is not refunded to me.
So kindly help me to come out of this problem and get my money back.
