PF Form 19 has been rejected

Name of company/service: Employees Provident Fund Organisation

I have applied for the PF (PF ACCOUNT NO. MH/211289/1639. The amount for Form 19 has been credited in my bank account; however Form 10C has been rejected.

I have lodged a complaint at grievance on 18.05.2012 to know that why this has been rejected. After the certain period still I don’t get any response from that particular department or concern person. There is an option to send a reminder if issue not get resolved within time frame. But it’s not working from last one month, after enter the correct information like Complain ID SROKN/E/2012/03423, Pass Word.

Please look into the issue and resolve the problem.
