Refund of Money

Actually we booked three seats on September 7 in the red bus site for SLV Madanapalli Travels from hyderabad to madanapalli Due to strike he said that the bus was cancelled and informed me that the bus was cancelled and he said that the money will be refunded .Now he says that the bus was cancelled and we are not going to refund the money.
