Collecting extra charges

Name of company/service: Service auto

I used to travel From JNTU to HITECH CITY
few times in share autos they are collecting extra charges in peak times and usually auto men should take three persons but they are over loading with six to seven persons.

please take necessary steps to prevent such type of activities to prevent accidents.
