Refund of Extra premiums cut down by Co-operative bank without any notice

Location/place: Moradabad

Name of company/service: Bank-Northern Railway Employee Co-operative Society, Branch-Moradabad.

Northern Railway Co-operative Society Moradabad had cut down two premiums from my Salary without any notice, while i had paid all my premiums four months ago. They had cut these premiums in the month of Feb-12 and not responding me positively. I had submitted several applications but they are not responding properly. So i want a claim for it. Please guide me.
