Not providing the postal bill

Dear Sir/madam,

This is with reference to the service provided by the Tata Docomo. For the last 6-7 months I am not recieving the bill and inspite of my repeated and continous complaints and request still I am not getting the bill. As per the norms and regulations decided by the TRAI Tatadocomo is charging me the amount for bills but I m not getting the bill at my postal address . I have continuosuly and on mothly basis I told there is some issue with respect to the courier srvice used by them but they seems to be not intrested in listening the concerns raised by me . Below is one of the mail(pasted that I have send them recently ).

Request the hounrable TRAI to do the need full as seems like the executives of the Tatadocomo are not intrested in doing so . As a customer if required I am ready to go to the consumer forum also . Please help me or guide me for the same.

I am ccing the Tata docomo people also so that they can be made to inderstand how pathetic their service is and upto what level the frustration of their consumers is going up.Also there cutomer care number does not respond properly. Some time voice is missing some time connection will not be establised . Is it like that if I am calling from other number (no tata number) the cutomer care number is not supposed to respond in proper way . if there is any techincal limitation why can not they resolve it for providing a better service . it seems like tata docomo is not intreseted in giving proper complaint acknowledgment of cosumers just intrested in increasing the profit margin which is not less then systematic fraud.Only such type of relaxations gives such people to do some big frauds by crossing the limits. As a responsible citizen of this country I am paying the bills on time but these people are not intrested in addressing or acknowleding my complaints /issues faced.

Request you to kindly look in to the matter and take some serious action by giving some serious instructions .

For last 6-7 months I m not geeting my bill (postal bill) and every time i send a mail or call it is assured that next time onwards you will get it . But still I m not getting . On calling the customercare number they tell me tha some one has received it by some lady name. For your kind information I am bachelor ans stays alone then not sure who is receiving those bills. Also last year the same thing happened and i raised the issue and I told that what is the issue Basically the courier service that you people were using was not sending his person for delivery of the courier and one lady at there office only was signing the receiving sheet . I do not know which local service you were using and what sort of unprofessional service was given.
Today i got a call and in that call person was calming that he is calling from tata docom and he asked me “Sir do i need to deliver your postal bill or not” It was very clear from his pronunciation and the background sounds that he was calling from courier office . NOw this type of fraud is happening.

If you really do not want me to use your service please let me know there are many other options. Also I am forwarding this case whole issue to TRAI also (I have all 6-7 months of mails that i have send regarding this)
Also I have taken this through the office stall put in our Cafeteria so I will also request my HR and Corporate people not to allow you people to put your stall again as your service is very bad and you people do not care no matter how many time one send the mail

Also please send me the details of the Courier send for this month bill and what is the Air Bil number and the contact number of the Courier service so that I can trace it .

PLease have a look in to this as I think in monthly charge that you send as bill you are claiming for these couriers also . This is the last mail i m sending if not addressed or acknowledged I am surely going to file a proper case of misbehavior(not addressing the issue ) and improper service with TRAI .

Also send this mail to the Appellate Ap If these people can not help means they are not willing to help. They just believe in frustrating the customer and earning the money (ligale way of looting the money without providing the porper service) That is the only impression I am getting and based on that will never tell any one to take your services, Let us see.
