I Shilpa Sharma D/o Sh Chander Prakash resident of Gurgaon, Haryana have taken personal loan for filling the Flat in the scheme run by GMADA for Purab Premium Apartment from your Sec-14 Ggn Branch. My Personal loan Acc No: LLZMO00025642059.
My application No of the above said Flat is 47805.
I was successfully won the Flat through draw of lot in Purab Premium Apartments. My Application No: 47805, Draw Sr No: 512.Due to unavoidable circumstances, I was unable to pay the next premium payment. So, I request them for surrender of Flat.
There is a clause that 10% amount will be deducted in case of surrender within 30 days of issuance of letter of intent(LOI).
As per the above clause, I have deposited 10% of the surrender value of the earnest money i.e 37000 /- Rs against Ch No: 046225,Bank Name: Oriental Bank of Commerce Dated: 19-04-2012 in your bank.
After that they have changed their policy of surrender Amount from 10% to 2%. As this is a loan amount, they have credited the amount with 2% deduction instead of 10% in your account. So, you have gained 18% against 10% amount both from Myself and from GMADA itself.
I have requested in their Sec-14, Gurgaon branch to first Mr. Vishnu who spend almost 10 to 12 days but fail to give me any response.After that he refer me to his Senior who’s name is Mr. Basant. Mr Basant told me that he has mailed to the concerned person but he couldn’t get any response till date. With One month passes, still I am waiting for any progress in my case.
You are requested to please revert me back at the earliest so that I will return back my hard earned money with interest along with Panelty of delaying the case.Your fast response will be highly appreciable.
