On May 2012 my family visit on vaishanu devi. There they had purchased 1 blanket from NEW GORI KASHMIRI SHAWL EMPORIUM
ADDRESS :- MAIN BAZAR, KATRA j&k 182301.
they told they had offer with blanket (4 shawl, chunu-munu, one dress, 2 small blanket, one bed sheet) The total cost for this was 6600 +300 for membership. we had payed 900rs in at shop (vaishno devi) on 18th may and rest 600 wehave to pay after delivery. After several phone conversation they had delivered our parcel on 3rd july. but the things were mentioned at the time of order are different in parcel, main blanket is missing and two shawl and dress are missing too. when we complained regarding this, they are refusing to attend our call. They had cheated us we had payed total amount Rs6900, but the amount we payed for the blanket is missing and other item also. our bill no is 0462. please provide us justice by punishing such companies.
