Refund of admission Fees

Respected sir,
I am Student of Icfai pune and i have taken admission on 20 june 2013.In the process of paying my fees ,i applied for loan in a bank and the bank didn’t approved my loan since the college was not approved from AICTE.

Due to which sir i won’t be able to pursue my PGPM course since i am a financially weak so i withdrew my candidature from the college, but the college is not refunding the pre-admission fee of 80000 which I have paid to them.

So, sir it is humble request to kindly look into my matter an help me for the same, since my financial condition is not so strong.
