I have bought new tvs apache bike in the 2011 augest like 22 month ago. By paying 25000/-towards down payment and remening amount will cleard in 20 EMI. As I clear all my due’s in may 2013. Now post clearing all my due’s I’m suppose to get my NOC letter as well as my 6 cheque leaves which given that while taking the bike. Since I waited for 1 month for there response I didn’t got any so on 6th I rised the service request number 2013-6-M8-6070 for the above doc thay give me the ERT as 15 days but till now I have not recived any docoment and I sent multiple rem to [email protected] and call to helpline no response..
