Name of company/service: Reliance Netconnect+
I am using Reliance Netconnect+ of number 09392309838. I have recharged for reliance netconnect+ on 17 th of may of Rs. 255/- which gives a data of 1 GB + 1 GB as offer. On 26 th of may the netconnect was disconnected stating that the usage was completed. But according to statistics the data used was figured as 650 MB . I claimed for refund. But still refund was not given.
There was very poor customer service for reliance and always saying that the status was not updated and call back after 1hr.
I request to solve my problem.
