Refund not received from goibibo

We have cancelled two tickets on 14-04-2020. Pnr no is 2108375615 and 8330556918. But my refund not recieved till date. I have contact customer care may times but not responding. We have contact irctc. Whose reply refund will be issue on 16-04-2020
Please help me for issue refund
