Refund not received after filing TDR

Location/place: Kolkata

Name of company/service: IRCTC

I purchased my ticket from IRCTC on 10 march,2013. My PNR number was 6418113003,my
transaction ID was 0655444721 and Date of journey was 16th march,2013.Ticket was
booked in waiting list status for 3 persons of which 2 berth were confirmed but the
third remains in Waiting list.I talked to TTE for the same reason but he cant assured
me a berth and told me that I can opt for TDR for the 3rd berth.I didnt board the train
and filed a TDR for the same reason. But still now I didnt got my refund for the cancelled
